How To Stream Your Favorite 90s Nick Shows

90s nick shows

Were you an 80s or 90s child who grew up in those decades? We didn’t have cable for some of our childhood, but we did love Nickelodeon.  Shows like Doug, Clarissa Explains It All, and Hey, Dude were a few of my favorites.  Guess what? Now those shows are available to stream on NICK REBOOT! This looks fun, and there is even an On Demand, paid option.

Lifehacker discussed the Nick Reboot here

Here’s what Nick Reboot says about its streaming and non-profit status:

Welcome to nick reboot – a 24/7 live stream of classic Nickelodeon shows from the 90s and early 2000s! nick reboot exists solely to provide a medium for commentary, criticism, educational review, and research of Nickelodeon as it was during that time period. We started our first broadcast on April 4th, 2012. We are a non-commercial and non-profit website. We do not accept inquiries for ANY commercial opportunities/partnerships as we wish to remain a single entity. All streamed content, programming (original and syndicated), characters, related properties, animation, brands, and production are copyright of their respective owners and companies – nick reboot makes no claim to the creation of these works and is not affiliated with the aforementioned owners in any way. nick reboot operates strictly under provisions in the doctrine of “fair use” as codified in section 107 of the copyright law, and monitors the status of related industry bills such as S.978 for compliance.

We air shows (both cartoons and live action) from the 90s and early 2000s that were shown on the United States Nickelodeon TV channel during that time (we also show some 80s content as well). This includes syndicated programming, original programming, station IDs, bumpers, and commercials. To view a complete list of all the shows we play, see the Shows page.

Shows are aired live and in random order, meaning that you are seeing what everyone else is seeing – just like live TV. There is no schedule set for when shows will be played. However, you can sign up to receive automatic email notifications when your favorite shows come on. Use twitter? You can also follow @nr_schedule to get constant playlist updates. There is no way to download any content whatsoever. For more information on the stream and other aspects of the site, see the Help page.

If you prefer the ability to pick what you want to watch (like Netflix) instead of waiting for it to come up on the stream, we offer a premium on demand service which you can find here: http://ondemand.nickreboot.com/
